Let me start be saying that I wish all venders were like Michael Perry. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and at the very top of his field. I had my patio structure installed four years ago to replace a wood structure and it still looks brand new. Michael took down the old structure and put up the alumawood structure in it's place. He was able to match my old design exactly. You can't tell the difference except that it looks so much better! It is such a relief to never have to ...

Michael is *THE PATIO GUY*, don't be fooled by others claiming to be the patio guy. He met with us and gave us a quote, showed us his license and insurance and was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales from him. Great communication on when he would be at our home and showed up on time. The awning was better then we imagined and he was able to install lights and fan. We love our new patio. I've included a few picture of our Alumawood patio cover.

10.31.2021. I had a patio cover installed four months ago by The Patio Guy. I'm very happy with the quality and appearance of my new patio cover. Two guys came to my home an installed the cover in one day. Both of these guys were gentlemen. Our new patio cover provided shade and cut down on the heat on the back of our house. We're very happy with this patio cover. I highly recommend "The Patio Guy" to any homeowner who is serious about creating shade and increasing the value of their home....

Michael , the patio guy was great in every aspect from start to finish. We live in a gated community, as well as a master planned community, therefore we had to get approved by both. MIchael was spot on with what we needed to submit and knew what was required. From his first visit to our home he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and gave us a quote for the job as well as a start date, both were honored. Our new patio looks super fantastic we couldn't be more pleased. Michael was a pleasure to work with and...

Mike just finished putting a patio cover on our home, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding, He's a great guy, explains all costs up front, shows insurance & required documentation, and answered all of our questions. He and Evan were punctual, and always cleaned up the work area every day before heading home, a big plus in our book. They ran electrical, added lights, switches and a ceiling fan as well. The building inspector came by and remarked how well the job was completed. ...
